How It All Started — Two Friends, One Toolbox

Back in 2008, two childhood friends from Torrance decided to bet on themselves. Rob Galindo and Martin Espinoza had just finished their certifications in appliance technology and figured — why work for someone else when you can work for yourselves? They kicked things off in Rob’s garage with one toolbox, a beat-up pickup truck, and a whole lot of hustle.

Word spread fast. Neighbors told neighbors. Within a couple of years, what started as a two-man operation had grown into something they were genuinely proud of. The secret? Pretty simple, actually: show up when you say you will, do the job right, and treat people the way you’d want to be treated.

Today we’ve got a great team of licensed, certified technicians covering Torrance, the South Bay, Orange County, and the greater LA area. But we’re still the same family-owned shop Rob and Martin started. Still answering our own phones. Still showing up with smiles on our faces. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

📚 A little fun fact: We’ve completed over 15,000 appliance repairs since 2008. That’s a lot of fridges cooling again, a lot of washers spinning, and a lot of families who didn’t have to eat out because we fixed the oven in time for dinner!

Robert “Rob” Galindo — Co-Founder & Lead Tech

If it has a compressor, a motor, or a heating element, Rob has probably taken it apart and put it back together. He’s been at this for over 17 years and he’s still just as passionate about it as he was on day one. He’s our go-to for tricky refrigeration issues and high-end brands like Sub-Zero, Viking, and Wolf. Rob personally trains every technician who joins the team — because he believes that if you’re going into someone’s home, you better know what you’re doing.

Martin Espinoza — Co-Founder & The Voice You’ll Hear First

Martin is the reason everything runs so smoothly. He handles scheduling, keeps the parts stocked, coordinates the team, and makes sure customers are always taken care of. How fast can you get out here?

Pretty fast, honestly. Most of the time we can do same-day or next-day. If you call before noon, there’s a real good chance we can have someone at your door that same afternoon. Give us a ring at (424) 666-0085 and we’ll tell you right away what we can do.

What’s the deal with the diagnostic fee?

We charge an $85 diagnostic fee when we come out to take a look. It covers our time to find the problem and give you a proper quote. The good news? That $85 gets waived if you go ahead with the repair. We always tell you the price upfront — you decide, no pressure.

What brands do you work on?
